It was a nice accommodation that was fairly clean. It was wonderful very close to a metro station.

The view from the apartment was very very bad.

there were absolutely fantastic and big size rooms on the pictures of the apartments.

The staff was VERY WELCOMING upon check-out, and the location was marvellous and good.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The convenient location, with the metro just 200m away, made it super easy to explore the city. The kitchen had top-notch cookware and utensils, perfect for whipping up a meal for six. The price-quality ratio was acceptable, making it a great option for young adults. The flat was clean and looked exactly like the pictures, and the 24-hour reception in Muntaner was a lifesaver. There were tons of amazing and affordable breakfast options nearby, and the proximity to Parc Guell and Batlo/Pedrera was jaw-dropping. Plus, the sea was just a short walk away, making it the ideal spot for a seaside vacation. our stay was absolutely fantastic!

Cleaning service didn't turn up one day until late in the afternoon - after we had been out and were doing a siesta.

The place was fairly clean with elegant atmosphere just off hop on hop of bus, Metro & buses and a safe. The staff were helpful and best, loved them all. The service was excellent too. The room was fantastic and available on the pictures of the apartments. Bathroom included a shower and hairdryers, and that's important. Street view from the balcony. I found nice Plantaciones de Origen with coffee, treats, etc 500 feet from the venue...

From beginning to end, my stay at this apartment was absolutely hassle-free. The location in the Gracia area is super, with its safety and quietness at night. The Fontana metro station, small supermarkets, and bakeries are right on the doorstep. The beds were so comfortable and even though the air conditioning wasn't working on arrival, the manager quickly fixed it the next day. The apartment itself was very cozy and well-suited for our needs, especially since my daughter is in a wheelchair. The presence of a lift and no stairs made it easily accessible. The kitchen facilities were great, allowing us to cook most of our meals. The neighborhood feels safe and there are excellent restaurants nearby. We were able to explore the entire city on foot, and there are bus and metro options within 100m. The proximity to patisseries, coffee shops, and a supermarket made our stay even more convenient. The self check-in process worked smoothly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. a fantastic experience!

Inconvenient check-in process, having to go to a different location to pay and get the door code. Uncomfortable sofa beds and lack of storage in the second bedroom.

The apartment at Gran De Gracia was nice and clean, with a good location. We enjoyed having breakfast at the nearby Sorli Discaunt market or the Antico Cafe down the street. Despite a couple of drawbacks, we had a positive experience overall. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

I recently stayed at the Gran De Gracia apartment in Barcelona for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with the Fontana Metro station just a two-minute walk away. We enjoyed the convenience of having small supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, with two lovely balconies. The staff at reception were fantastic, and the wifi connection was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
